Delivery  Schedule
It is our aim to despatch your item/s within 5 working days & all non-stock items within 28 days. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to check availability of an item before placing your order. Our contact number is 07740197257. In the event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to choose an alternative style or cancel their order. If you choose to cancel your order a full refund will be issued within 10 days.
Wear If U Dare will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred to you as a result of  a specific item not being available at a specific time.

Postage
All our products are posted in discreet, nondescript packaging with no indication as to the contents. All items are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & will need to be signed for.

If you would like to receive your item quicker we can offer Special next day delivery at a cost of £9.00 per item. You will need to contact us to make an additional payment if you choose this option.

Please note: There is a £4.99 per item administration charge on all UK returns.

Rest of the World

There is a charge of £12.00 per item plus 10% of your total order value. The charge for additional items will be added upon process of your order.

Customs & Import Duties
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties & taxes once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you, the customer.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt (There is a £4.99 per item return & administration charge for all UK orders). We will then credit your account with the value of the goods. Please allow up  to 10 days for the credit to show on your account. We do not however refund the postage costs in getting the goods to you. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods & at their cost.

Item/s must be returned in a brand new state with all stickers intact.If when your item/s are returned they look as though/are deemed to have been worn we will issue a credit note only. No refunds will be given for worn footwear.

Wear If U Dare will not accept any responsibility  for the loss of any items being returned by the customer & we recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you choose to use another means of return it is imperative that you obtain a certificate of posting which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required  should any parcels go astray.
All items must be returned unused/unworn and in original packaging .

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
We will meet our obligation under the relevant EU Legislation to provide remedy if the merchandise are faulty, different from the sample shown or are not as described.
